Produkty aloesowe są charakterystycznym wyrobem Wysp Kanaryjskich, a kwitnące aloesy można napotkać wszędzie - także w hotelowym ogrodzie. Liście miały taki właśnie żółtawo-różowawy odcień. 
 Aloe products are a signature product of the Canary Islands, and flowering aloes could be found everywhere—including in the hotel garden. The leaves had that yellowish-pink hue.
